Bring in the Federal constitutional Law of March 21, 2014 No. 6-FKZ "About acceptance to the Russian Federation of the Republic of Crimea and education as a part of the Russian Federation of new subjects - the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 12, the Art. 1201) the following changes:
1) in Article 7:
a) state part 1 in the following edition:
"1. Elections to the State Council of the Republic of Crimea - the parliament of the Republic of Crimea and General Court of the city of Sevastopol are carried out on the second Sunday of September, 2014. The head of the Republic of Crimea and the City governor of Sevastopol are elected respectively deputies of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea and deputies of General Court of the city of Sevastopol of new convocation no later than December, 2014.";
b) add with part 2.1 following of content:
"2.1. To assumption of office of the newly elected Republic of Crimea of Glava and the City governor of Sevastopol members of the Federation Council of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation are representatives from executive bodies of the government of the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol are allocated with powers according to the acting as Glavy the Republic of Crimea and the acting as the City governor of Sevastopol.";
2) in Article 16:
a) state part 2 in the following edition:
