Article 1

Bring in part 4 of article 6 of the Federal constitutional Law of February 7, 2011 No. 1-FKZ "About courts of law in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 7, Art. 898; 2014, to No. 11, the Art. 1088) change, having stated it in the following edition:

"4. Financial provision of activities of magistrate judges (except for ensuring compensation of the magistrate judges and social payments provided for judges by the Federal Laws, and providing the housing conditions of magistrate judges needing improvement by premises which is performed through bodies of Judicial department under the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation) is performed by executive bodies of appropriate subject of the Russian Federation.".

Article 2

This Federal constitutional Law becomes effective since January 1, 2015.
