Article 1

Bring in part 4 of article 5 of the Federal constitutional Law of February 5, 2014 No. 3-FKZ "About the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 6, of the Art. 550) change, having stated it in the following edition:

"4. The plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation is competent in the presence of at least two thirds of number of effective judges of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.".

Article 2

This Federal constitutional Law becomes effective after hundred eighty days after day of entry into force of the Law of the Russian Federation on the amendment to the Constitution of the Russian Federation of February 5, 2014 No. 2-FKZ "About the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation and prosecutor's office of the Russian Federation".
