Bring in the collection Payment procedure on compulsory national pension insurance from separate types of economic activities approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 3, 1998 No. 1740 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, No. 44, the Art. 1632, No. 47, Art. 1730; 1999, No. 7, Art. 234, No. 34, Art. 1778; 2005, No. 13, Art. 668, No. 37, Art. 2284; 2013, No. 5, Art. 160), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to collection Payment procedure on compulsory national pension insurance from separate types of economic activities

1. In Item 2 of the word of "general fund" to exclude.

2. Add the Procedure with Items 3-5 of the following content:

"3. Legal entities and physical persons pay collection on compulsory national pension insurance when implementing transactions on purchase of foreign currency in non-cash and/or cash form.

4. When implementing transactions on purchase of foreign currency in non-cash form the bank charges (holds) collection on compulsory national pension insurance along with accomplishment of statements for purchase of foreign currency from name and at the expense of his clients, and also on own transactions and transfers into the government budget in accordance with the established procedure.

The client notes in the statement for purchase of foreign currency that he charges to bank to transfer from own current account in hryvnias the amount of the specified collection in the size established by the law without commission fee on such transaction.
