Article 1

1) in Article 74:

a) regarding 2 words "except for case" shall be replaced with words "except as specified changes of purpose of the woods, essential change of parameters of use of the woods (age of cabins, settlement cutting area, terms of use of the woods) or essential change of circumstances from which agreement parties of lease of the wood lot proceeded in case of its conclusion if such changes of circumstances arose owing to the natural phenomena (wildfires, windfalls, floods and other natural disasters) and became the basis for modification of the state forest register, and also case,";

b) add with part 2.1 following of content:

"2.1. The lease agreement of the wood lot which is in the state-owned or municipal property, concluded by results of auction can be changed by a court decision in case of essential change of quantity and quality characteristics of such wood lot.";

c) in part 5 of the word "and form of the approximate lease agreement of the wood lot affirm" to replace with the word "affirms";

d) add with part 6 of the following content:

"6. Standard agreements of lease of the timberland affirm the Government of the Russian Federation for types of use of the woods provided by part 1 of article 25 of this Code.";
