About modification and amendments in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About privatization of state-owned property in the Kyrgyz Republic"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About privatization of state-owned property in the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2002, No. 3, the Art. 123) the following changes and amendments:
1. In all text of the Law of the word of "partnership (society)" in different case and numerical forms to replace with the word of "society" in the corresponding cases and numbers.
2. Article 1 after the word is "understood" to be added with the word "paid".
3. State Article 4 in the following edition:
"Article 4. Privatization program of state-owned property
1. Privatization of the property which is in state-owned property is performed according to the Kyrgyz Republic developed by the Government and the Privatization program of state-owned property approved by Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. The privatization program contains lists of objects of state-owned property:
shares and shares in the authorized capital of economic societies, privatizeable;
property complexes and real estate, privatizeable.
3. The privatization program is adopted for certain calendar term and affects until its approval the next term. After effective period of the Privatization program Government of the Kyrgyz Republic submits the report on results of its accomplishment for consideration of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
4. State Article 10 in the following edition:
"Article 10. Subjects to privatization
Can be subjects to privatization:
shares (share in the authorized capital) of economic societies;
the production and non-productive divisions of the state company constituting efficient complex, as property complex, created as a result of carrying out reorganization (liquidation) the state company;
other state-owned property concerning which the industry legislation does not establish prohibition on privatization.".
