Article 1

The physical persons determined in the procedure established by the Government of the Russian Federation as persons participating in the opening of the unknown financed by means of the federal budget, by means of the republican budget of RSFSR and the part of the government budget USSR constituting the allied budget before the mineral deposit (except for fields of popular minerals) which inventories of minerals are entered in the state books, have the right to the state monetary reward. Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective since January 1, 2015.
