Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1997, No. 10, the Art. 470) the following amendment and change:
1. To add the subitem 5 of Item 2 of Article 43 with words ", about equity participation of legal entities".
2. In Item 3 of Article 50 of the word "within state programs" shall be replaced with words ", and also developments of economy of the Kyrgyz Republic".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
