Attorney-Generals of state members of SCO unanimously believe that against the background of bystry development of processes of economic and information globalization, strengthening of legal cooperation between six countries of SCO allows to find adequate answers to new challenges and threats, and also serves the purposes of preservation of peace, stability and safety in the region.
2. Attorney-Generals declare that in mutual legal cooperation state members of SCO will be strictly guided by the Charter the UN conventional by the principles and rules of international law, and also "The Shanghai spirit" which is characterized by the confidential atmosphere of consultations, mutual respect of variety of cultures, trust, equality of the parties and aspiration for joint development of the people of our countries.
