Ministers confirm that they will make efforts for realization of the main objectives and tasks on development of regional cooperation in transport and communication area enshrined in the Memorandum and announce the beginning of holding permanent meetings of Ministers of Transport and Communications of the State Parties of SCO. Meetings of ministers are intended to provide the organization and coordination of cooperation in different forms, including negotiations on creating favorable conditions in the field of transport, activation of technical and economic cooperation.
