About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Computation of Time"

Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of June 3, 2011 No. 107-FZ "About computation of time" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 23, the Art. 3247) the following changes:

1) in Article 2:

a) state Item 9 in the following edition:

"9) Moscow time - time of hour zone in which the capital of the Russian Federation - the city of Moscow is located. Moscow time serves as initial time in case of calculation of local time in hour zones. Moscow time corresponds to the third time zone in national time scale of the Russian Federation of UTC (SU) +3. Numerical values of local time in different hour zones differ on integer of hours. Local time in subjects of the Russian Federation of one hour zone is identical. The account of minutes and seconds in all hour zones is identical;";

b) state Item 11 in the following edition:

"11) hour zone - part of the territory of the Russian Federation on which the single time established by this Federal Law acts.";

Article 4 to add 2) with part 5 of the following content:

"5. Seasonal time conversion is not made.";

3) in Article 5:

a) state part 1 in the following edition:

"1. Hour zones which borders are created taking into account borders of subjects of the Russian Federation are in the territory of the Russian Federation established. Structure of the territories forming each hour zone, and procedure for computation of time in hour zones:

1) 1st hour zone (MCK-1, Moscow time minus 1 hour, UTC+2): Kaliningrad region;
