The regional public organization created in the territory of the Republic of Crimea or the territory of the federal city of Sevastopol for the purpose of development of one or several sports can not acquire the rights of the legal entity. Decisions on creation of such regional public organization, on approval of its charter and on forming leading and control and auditing bodies are accepted at the conference (general meeting) convened by founders of such regional public organization. These decisions are drawn up by the protocol.
