2. Liquidation of Corporation involves its termination without transition of the rights and obligations according to the procedure of legal succession to other persons.
1. The sole executive body of Corporation (president) within three working days from the date of entry into force of this Federal Law sends to the federal executive body performing registration of legal entities, the notification on liquidation of Corporation.
2. Within ten working days from the date of entry into force of this Federal Law the supervisory board of Corporation approves structure of liquidation commission of Corporation (further - liquidation commission), procedure for liquidation, and also expense budget on implementation of actions for liquidation of Corporation.
