About modification of Technological standard rates of admissible emissions of pollutants from coke furnaces

According to the subitem "an" of the subitem 2 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 13, 2011 No. 452, to Item 8 of the Procedure for development and the approval of standard rates of maximum permissible emissions of pollutants from stationary sources approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 2001 No. 1780, I ORDER:

1. Make changes to Technological standard rates of admissible emissions of pollutants from the coke furnaces approved by the order of the Ministry of protection of the surrounding environment of Ukraine of September 29, 2009 No. 507, registered on October 15, 2009 on No. 965/16981, having been reworded as follows them which are applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to management of the state environmental and geological monitoring (V.V.'s Halay) submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
