1. Bring in the Procedure for registration and issue of licenses for the right of import, export of alcohol of ethyl, cognac and fruit, ethyl alcohol of the rectified grape, ethyl alcohol rectified fruit, alcoholic beverages and tobacco products, the Ministry of Economy and European Integration of Ukraine approved by the order of February 14, 2002 No. 42, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 25, 2002 for No. 183/6471 (in editions of the order of the Ministry of Economy and European Integration of Ukraine of November 29, 2002 No. 359) (with changes), the following changes:

Item 2.1 of Chapter 2 to state 1) in the following edition:

"2.1. For receipt of the license the following documents are submitted:

the statement for receipt of the license for the right of import, export of alcohol of ethyl, cognac and fruit, ethyl alcohol of the rectified grape, ethyl alcohol rectified fruit, alcoholic beverages and tobacco products in form according to appendix 1;

the copy of the payment order (with original mark of bank about payment) about transfer in the local budget of annual payment for the license.";
