About additional measures for enhancement of monitoring of the foreign trade transactions in the Republic of Uzbekistan
According to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 7, 2014 No. UP-4609 "About Additional Measures for Further Enhancement of the Investment Climate and Business Environment in the Republic of Uzbekistan", and also for the purpose of further enhancement and streamlining of implementation of monitoring of the foreign trade transactions the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Cancel since September 1, 2014 the procedure of registration of contracts in foreign trade in commercial banks.
2. Determine that with cancellation of the procedure of registration of contracts in foreign trade in commercial banks:
monitoring of contracts in foreign trade of business entities is performed by bodies of currency exchange control and commercial banks through the Single electronic information system of the foreign trade transactions;
the contracts registered in commercial banks till September 1, 2014 are subject to removal from accounting in commercial banks with simultaneous data entry under the specified contracts in the Single electronic information system of the foreign trade transactions.
Recommend to commercial banks in case of entering into the contracts signed regarding commodity importation, changes in type of the supplementary agreements concerning the name of business entity, the foreign partner and their details, implementation of money transfer (financial transactions) under these contracts after entering of corresponding changes into cargo customs declarations.
