1. The economic societies having strategic importance for defense industry complex and safety of the Russian Federation and also the societies which are under their direct or indirect control having the right to open bills, the met (deposited) letters of credit in credit institutions to sign bank account agreements, bank deposit agreements (deposit) with credit institutions if currency of the relevant agreement is the ruble, only if the credit institution corresponds to the requirements established according to part 1 of article 2 of this Federal Law, to acquire securities of credit institutions if securities are nominated in rubles and correspond established according to part 1.1 of article 2 of this Federal Law to requirements, only if credit institution corresponds to the requirements established according to part 1 of article 2 of this Federal Law.
