Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 29, 2006 No. 244-FZ "About state regulation of activities for the organization and carrying out gamblings and about modification of some legal acts of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, No. 1, Art. 7; 2009, No. 30, Art. 3737; 2010, No. 17, Art. 1987; 2011, No. 19, Art. 2716; No. 24, Art. 3358; No. 30, Art. 4590; 2012, No. 43, Art. 5781; 2013, No. 30, Art. 4031) following changes:

1) in Article 4:

a) state Item 3 in the following edition:

"3) rate - the money given by the participant of gambling to the organizer of gambling (except for the money recognized according to this Federal Law interactive rate) and the participations in gambling serving as condition according to the rules established by the organizer of gambling;";

b) add with Item 3.1 of the following content:

"3. 1) interactive rate - the money, including the electronic money transferred with use of electronic instruments of payment by the center of accounting of transfers of interactive rates of bookmaker offices or totalizators to the organizer of gamblings in bookmaker office or totalizator according to orders of participants of these types of gamblings and serving as condition of participation in gambling according to the rules established by such organizer of gamblings;";

c) state Item 9 in the following edition:
