About modification and amendments in the Law on funds of compulsory medical insurance for 2014 No. 330 of December 23, 2013

In the Law on funds of compulsory medical insurance for 2014 No. 330 of December 23, 2013 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 9-13, 20) to make the following changes and addition:

1. In Article of 1 figure "4823575,2" and "100000,"" to replace respectively with figures of "4973575,2" and "250000,0".

2. In Article 4:

part (to state 6) in the following edition:

"(6) the Tariff charge for the I qualification category of employees of the public medical and sanitary organizations included in system of compulsory medical insurance for 2014 constitutes 1000 lei since July 1, 2014.";

add Article with parts (7) and (8) the following content:

"(7) Calculation of the tariff charge is perfromed on the basis of the coefficient of frequency rate established till December 31, 2013.

(8) the National medical insurance company provides the mechanism of regulation of part provisions, necessary for realization (6) finance costs.".

in line item "1. (Fixed assets)" figures of "4493700,9" to replace fund of payment of the current medical services with figures of "4531200,9";

in line items "1. Financing sources" and "2." Figures "+100000,0" to replace change of account balances with figures "+250000,0".
