Part the sixth Article 14 to state 1) in the following edition:

"Inclusion in names of the all-Russian public associations of the name the Russian Federation or Russia, and also the words derivative of this name, is allowed without the special permission issued according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Russian Federation.";

2) in Article 20:
