Article 1

Bring in article 4 of the Federal Law of February 5, 2007 No. 13-FZ "About features of management and the order of property and shares of the organizations performing activities in the field of use of atomic energy and about modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, No. 7, Art. 834; No. 49, Art. 6079; 2011, No. 49, Art. 7024; 2013, No. 27, Art. 3477, 3480) following changes:

Part 19 to state 1) in the following edition:

"19. If other is not provided by this Article, the transactions connected with alienation, possibility of alienation or transfer to trust management of shares (share in the authorized capital) of the economic societies included in the lists of the Russian legal entities approved by the President of the Russian Federation according to the Federal Law "About Use of Atomic Energy" in which property there can be nuclear materials, nuclear installations are made only with the consent of the President of the Russian Federation. The transaction made without such consent is insignificant.";

Part 19.1 to state 2) in the following edition:

"19.1. The provisions established by part 19 of this Article do not extend to the transactions provided by part 19 of this Article and made between the following legal entities included in the lists of the Russian legal entities approved by the President of the Russian Federation according to the Federal Law "About Use of Atomic Energy" in which property there can be nuclear materials, nuclear installations:

1) State Atomic Energy Corporation "Rosatom";
