Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of March 13, 2006 No. 38-FZ "About advertizing" (The Russian Federation Code, 2006, No. 12, Art. 1232; 2007, No. 30, Art. 3807; 2009, No. 39, Art. 4542; No. 52, Art. 6430; 2011, No. 27, Art. 3880; No. 30, Art. 4566, 4590; 2012, No. 31, Art. 4322; 2013, No. 19, Art. 2325; 2014, No. 23, Art. 2928) following changes:

1) parts 3.1 - 3.3 Articles 14 to recognize invalid;

2) in Article 19:

a) parts 5.2 - 5.5 to recognize invalid;

b) state part 5.7 in the following edition:

"5.7. If one participant is allowed to participation in auction or tender, the auction or tender is declared valid not and the contract for installation and operation of the advertizing structure consists with person who was the single participant of auction or tender.";

c) add part 5.8 with the offer of the following content:

"For the purposes of this Article the information field of the advertizing structure is understood as the part of the advertizing structure intended for advertizing distribution.";

d) in part 6 of the word "parts 5.1 - 5.5" shall be replaced with words "part 5.1";

e) in part 9 of the word "parts 5 - 7" shall be replaced with words "parts 5, of 6, 7";

e) recognize part 9.1 invalid;

g) regarding 9.2 words "parts 5.1, 5. 5.5 - 5.7 and 9.1" shall be replaced with words 2, "parts 5.1, 5. 6, 5.7";

h) in Item 2 of part 11 of the word "parts 5 - 7" shall be replaced with words "parts 5, of 6, 7";
