The Chinese and Uzbek sides provided projects of expense budgets on preliminary functioning of the Secretariat of SCO and Executive committee of RATS for November-December, 2003 in Beijing and Tashkent according to (the Appendices NN 3 (the appendix N 3 is not given) and 4).

The Kazakhstan, Chinese and Uzbek sides provided offers on the text of the Russian project of Financial positions of SCO.
