Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 2, 2013 No. 321-FZ "About the budget of Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund for 2014 and for planning period of 2015 and 2016" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 49, the Art. 6322) the following changes:

Action of provisions of Item 6 of part 1 of article 5 of the Federal Law of December 2, 2013 No. 321-FZ "About the budget of Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund for 2014 and for planning period of 2015 and 2016" (in edition of this Federal Law) and parts 18 of article 51 of the Federal Law of November 29, 2010 No. 326-FZ "About compulsory medical insurance in the Russian Federation" (in edition of this Federal Law) extends to the legal relationship which arose since January 1, 2014.
