About modification and amendments in the Instruction about procedure for making of notarial actions

1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for making of notarial actions approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of October 23, 2006 No. 63 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 188, 8/15268; 2008, No. 304, 8/19998; 2010, No. 184, 8/22599; 2011, No. 55, 8/23626; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 02.08. 2012, 8/26197), following changes and amendments:
1.1. to state part one of Item 24 in the following edition:
"24. For minors aged up to 14 years (juveniles) of the transaction except for specified in Item 2 of Article 27 of group of companies their legal representatives can make from their name: parents, adoptive parents or guardians. The rules provided by Items 2 and 3 of Article 35 of group of companies are applied to transactions of legal representatives of such minors with their property if other is not established by the Housing code of the Republic of Belarus (further - ZhK).";
1.2. the second Item 32 to state part in the following edition:
"In case of the certificate of the agreement on alienation or of pledge of the privatized premises the notary requests the document allowing to establish the group of people, being participants of privatization of premises (the statement from the decision on privatization of premises, the certificate of the added housing quota and other documents). Submission of the additional document is not required if necessary data are specified in the relevant agreement.";
1.3. in Item 57:
in word part one "all full age members of the family of the owner of premises who are living together with it and having right to use by premises" shall be replaced with words "persons which according to the legislation is necessary for alienation of premises";
