Item 1 of article 18 of the Federal Law of December 21, 1994 No. 68-FZ "About protection of the population and the territories against emergency situations of natural and technogenic nature" (The Russian Federation Code, 1994, No. 35, Art. 3648; 2004, No. 35, Art. 3607; No. 21, the Art. 2529) to add 2010, with the paragraph of the following content:
"on receipt of free legal aid in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.".
Bring in article 20 of the Federal Law of November 21, 2011 No. 324-FZ "About free legal aid in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 48, Art. 6725; 2013, No. 27, Art. 3459; No. 52, Art. 6962) following changes:
Part 1 to add 1) with Item 8.1 of the following content:
"8. 1) citizens injured with emergency situation:
a) the spouse (spouse) who was married (consisting) in registered with (dead) on the date of death (death) as a result of emergency situation;
b) children of the died (dead) as a result of emergency situation;
c) parents of the died (dead) as a result of emergency situation;
d) the persons which were on complete content of the died (dead) as a result of emergency situation or receiving from it the help which was for them the permanent and main source of means of livelihood, and also the other persons recognized as dependents according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Russian Federation;
e) citizens to whose health harm as a result of emergency situation is done;
