Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 29, 2006 No. 244-FZ "About state regulation of activities for the organization and carrying out gamblings and about modification of some legal acts of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, No. 1, Art. 7; 2010, No. 17, Art. 1987; No. 45, Art. 5746; 2011, No. 24, Art. 3358; No. 30, Art. 4590; 2012, No. 43, Art. 5781) following changes:

1) part 5 of Article 5 to add with words ", except for creations of gambling zone in borders of the parcels of land provided for placement of Olympic venues of federal importance, financing and which construction were not performed within budgetary appropriations or means of the State corporation on construction of Olympic venues and development of the city of Sochi as the mountain resort (further - Corporation)";

2) Article 6 to add with part 1.2 following of content:

"1.2. Legal entities who will perform activities for the organization and carrying out gamblings in the gambling zone created in borders of the parcels of land provided for placement of Olympic venues of federal importance, financing and which construction were not performed within budgetary appropriations or means of Corporation can act as organizers of gamblings.";

3) in Article 9:

a) regarding 1 word "four gambling zones are created" shall be replaced with words "five gambling zones are created";

b) state part 2 in the following edition:

"2. Gambling zones are created in the territories of the following subjects of the Russian Federation:

Republic of Crimea;

Altai Krai;

Krasnodar Krai;

Primorsky Krai;

Kaliningrad region.";
