On September 18-21, 2003 in Beijing the meeting of experts of state members of SCO on budget and financial questions took place (the structure is applied).

Following the results of the discussion which took place in business and constructive situation are approved:

- projects of the Regulations on monetary pay, guarantees and compensations of staff employees of permanent bodies of SCO and the relevant decision SGP on it;

- extreme parameters of the income and expenses of the budget of SCO for 2004, and also Working capital fund of SCO for 2004 and the draft of the relevant decision SGP on them;

- the project of expense budget of the Secretariat of SCO and Executive committee of RATS SCO for 2004.

Experts of the Parties also prepare the draft of the estimate of the possible expenses connected with technical start of the Secretariat of SCO and Executive committee of RATS SCO since November 1, 2003.

The protocol and drafts of the prepared documents are recommended for consideration to Council of national coordinators of state members of SCO.
