About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About grain and the market of grain in Ukraine" on optimization of forming of grain resources of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About grain and the market of grain in Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2002, No. 35, Art. 258 with subsequent changes) the following changes:

1. To exclude the paragraph of the sixth Article 12.

2. Exclude Article 17.

3. In Article 20:

in the paragraph the second to exclude words of "regional resources";

the fourth to exclude the paragraph.

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. The laws and other regulatory legal acts adopted before entry into force of this Law are effective in the part which is not contradicting this Law.

3. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in three-months time to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
