In the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About enhancement of activities of National fund of the help to entrepreneurship of the Azerbaijan Republic" of October 7, 2009 No. 162 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2009, No. 10, Article 775; 2011, No. 10, Article 886; 2013, No. 8, Article 904) to make the following changes:
1. By "Provision on National fund of the help to the entrepreneurship of the Azerbaijan Republic" approved by this Decree:
1.1. in Item 1.1 of the word of "economic development" shall be replaced with words "economies and the industries";
1.2. in Item 1.2 of the word "Regulations on the Ministry of Economic Development" shall be replaced with words "Provision on the Ministry of Economy and Industry";
11.3. to exclude words from Item 2.1" (except for entrepreneurships in the field of information and communication technologies)";
1.4. in Items 4.2 and 5.3 of the word "Ministry of Economic Development of the Azerbaijan Republic" to replace with the word "Ministry";
1.5. in Items 5.4 and 6.1 of the word of "economic development" shall be replaced with words "economies and the industries";
1.6. in subitems 5.5. 5.5.10 and 5.5.11 words to "The Ministry of Economic Development of the Azerbaijan Republic" shall be replaced with words 9, to "Ministry".
2. In "Rules of use of the means of National fund of the help to entrepreneurship of the Azerbaijan Republic" approved by this Decree to exclude words from Item 2.1" (except for areas of information communication technologies)".
