1. Declare invalid the Law of Ukraine "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning their reduction in compliance with the Constitution of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2011, No. 10, the Art. 63).

Determine that regulations of the laws of Ukraine in which changes by the Law of Ukraine "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning their reduction to compliance with the Constitution of Ukraine" which lost force according to Item 1 of this Law were made are effective in the edition operating as of October 7, 2010, taking into account the changes made by the laws of Ukraine after October 7 2010, in the parts answering to regulations of the Constitution of Ukraine, acting on the date of entry into force of this Law.

3. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

4. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine within three months from the date of publication of this Law:

1) to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

2) to provide review and reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
