About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine of rather single questions of conducting medico-social examination

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In article 69 of Bases of the legislation of Ukraine about health care (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, No. 4, Art. 19; 2012, No. 14, Art. 86):

The name to state 1) in the following edition:

"Article 69. Medico-social examination of disability and steady disorder of functions of organism";

The third and fourth to state 2) to part in the following edition:

"During conducting medical examination on temporary disability the fact of need of provision of leaf of disability or other document certifying temporary disability in connection with disease, injury, pregnancy and childbirth, care of the sick family member sick with the child, the quarantine established by sanitary and epidemiologic service, prosthetics, sanatorium treatment is determined need and terms of temporary transfer of the worker in connection with disease for other work are determined, the decision on the direction on medico-social commission of experts for determination of availability and extent of steady disorder of functions of organism, the reason, time of approach and group of disability is made.

Examination of steady disorder of functions of organism is performed by medico-social commissions of experts which establish degree and the reason of disability, constitute (adjust) the individual program of rehabilitation of the disabled person in which determine rehabilitation actions according to the Law of Ukraine "About rehabilitation of disabled people in Ukraine";

Part the fifth to exclude 3);

To add 4) with part seven of the following content:

"The individual program of rehabilitation of the disabled person is obligatory for accomplishment by executive bodies, local government bodies, rehabilitation organizations, companies, organizations, organizations in which there is disabled person, irrespective of their departmental subordination, type and pattern of ownership".
