The paragraph of the sixth of Item 12 of Rules for apportionment between participants of foreign economic activity of the tariff quotas concerning fir-tree ordinary or firs white European and pines ordinary, taken out out of limits of the territory of the Russian Federation and the territory of the State Parties of agreements on the Customs union to the third countries, except for the European Union approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 30, 2012 No. 779 "About the tariff quotas on separate types of forest products of the coniferous breeds which are exported out of limits of the territory of the Russian Federation and the territory of the State Parties of agreements on the Customs union" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 33, Art. 4677; 2014, No. 19, of the Art. 2425) to state in the following edition:

"the copy of the agreement (agreements) of purchase and sale (delivery) of fir-tree and pine ordinary with the lessee (lessees) of the wood lot in the amount which is not exceeding amount of the tariff quota, to the distributed participant of foreign economic activity if the applicant is not lessee of the wood lot.".
