About measures for further enhancement of system of public administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan

According to the subitem 5) of article 44 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the purpose of enhancement of system of counteraction of economic and corruption crime I DECIDE:

1. Form the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for public service and to anti-corruption (further - the Agency) as state body, directly subordinate and accountable to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Abolish:

1) Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on fight against economic and corruption crime (financial police) with transfer of its functions and powers according to the prevention, identification, suppression, disclosure and investigation:

corruption crimes and offenses - to again formed Agency;

economic and financial crimes and offenses - to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for public service with transfer of its functions and powers on realization of single state policy in the field of public service, assessment and control of quality of rendering the state services to again formed Agency.

3. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 11, 2008 No. 552 "About approval of the Regulations on Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2008, No. 12-13, of Art. 116; 2009, No. 24-25, of Art. 207; 2010, No. 51, Art. 466; 2011, No. 10-11, of Art. 125; No. 52, Art. 710; 2012, No. 43, Art. 569) following changes:

in the List of state bodies, directly subordinate and accountable to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the above-named Decree:

state the line "The Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Public Service" in the following edition:

"The agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for public service and to anti-corruption";

exclude the line "Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Fight against Economic and Corruption Crime (Financial Police)".
