1. To chiefs of territorial authority of the Ministry of Justice:

1) for the purpose of improvement of work on provision of notarial services to the population to strengthen control of observance of the established requirements for the organization of work of offices of notary public as way:

viewing and in need of development of new working schedules of offices of notary public and schedules of reception of citizens in offices of notary public taking into account loading, convenience and availability of the population to notarial services;

establishment of the general days off for offices of notary public - Sunday and Monday, and in the presence of several offices of notary public in one settlement of establishment for such offices of notary public of the different days off (Saturday, Sunday or Sunday, Monday);

establishments of reception of citizens on Saturday in offices of notary public, for in which days off Sunday and Monday;

implementation of reception of citizens in offices of notary public during the working day. In polysyllabic offices of notary public of establishment of break for rest and food to organize so that the office of notary public worked continuously during the working day;

2) to establish employment duration of notaries public with archive documents in offices of notary public no more than 4 hours a week;
