About approval of the forms intended for collection of the administrative data represented by territorial authorities of justice to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Approve the following forms intended for collection of administrative data:
1) the report on the arrived addresses concerning registration of legal entities to be reworded as follows according to appendix 1 to this order;
The report on the charges which came to the budget for the made registration of legal entities to be reworded as follows 2) according to appendix 2 to this order;
The report on the legal claims submitted on actions of registering body to be reworded as follows 3) according to appendix 3 to this order;
4) the report on the number of the initiated administrative cases in the field of registration of legal entities to be reworded as follows according to appendix 4 to this order;
5) the report on civil registration to be reworded as follows according to appendix 5 to this order;
6) the report on movement of forms of stamp registration certificates of acts of civil status to be reworded as follows according to appendix 6 to this order;
The report for work on apostilization of the official documents intended for action abroad to be reworded as follows 7) according to appendix 7 to this order;
8) invalid the transactions certified by notaries about the complaints made in courts and in Department of justice about the private determinations and decrees of courts issued concerning notaries to be reworded as follows the report on the claims for recognition submitted to courts according to appendix 8 to this order;
9) the report on implementation of justice of organizational and methodical management by Department concerning notarial activities to be reworded as follows according to appendix 9 to this order;
The report on officials of the local executive bodies authorized on making of notarial actions to be reworded as follows 10) according to appendix 10 to this order;
11) the report on the quantitative list of notaries according to appendix to be reworded as follows according to appendix 11 to this order;
The report on monitoring of movement of the criminal cases brought concerning notaries to be reworded as follows 12) according to appendix 12 to this order;
13) the report on the number of the notarial actions made by notaries to be reworded as follows according to appendix 13 to this order;
The report on the number of the decrees issued within the legal aid by courts, investigation authorities guaranteed by the state and inquiry to be reworded as follows 14) according to appendix 14 to this order".
2. To provide to territorial authorities of justice timely submission of reporting documents according to administrative data.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the Deputy minister of justice Abd_rayy B. Zh.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
