in the Regulations of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:

After approval of the interested central state bodies and the Ministry of Justice the specified drafts of resolutions are subject to approval of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.";
add Item 45 with the subitem 5) of the following content:
"5) drafts of resolutions on submitting for examination of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan of bills of ratification and denouncement of international treaties on loans - 5 working days.".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.
