1. In the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 2, 2000 No. 266 "About approval of Rules of opening, maintaining and closing of bank accounts of clients in banks of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 1199, published in the Bulletin of regulatory legal acts of the central executive and other state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2000 No. 9, the Art. 264) to make the following changes and addition:

in Rules of opening, maintaining and closing of bank accounts of clients in the banks of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:

state Item 9 in the following edition:

"9. The bank account agreement contains the following:

1) subject of the agreement;

2) identification customer number;

3) individual identification code of the client;

4) procedure for the order the money which is in bank;

5) conditions of rendering services by bank and procedure for their payment.";
