About modification and amendments in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 1, 2009 No. 780 "About approval of the Regulations on the Republican budget commission"

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 1, 2009 No. 780 "About approval of the Regulations on the Republican budget commission" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2009, No. 18, Art. 155; 2011, No. 7, Art. 87; 2013, No. 62, Art. 831) following changes and amendments:

in the Regulations on the Republican budget commission approved by the above-named Decree:

add item 4 with subitem 1-1) of the following content:

"1-1) developments of offers on limits of expenses of administrators of republican budget programs and to limits on new initiatives;";

in Item 5:

add with the paragraph third the following content:

"to expenses of administrators of republican budget programs on planning period taking into account the conclusions of the central authorized body on state planning according to drafts of strategic plans or projects of changes and amendments in strategic plans, to budget requests, drafts of budget programs of administrators of the republican budget programs which are not developing strategic plans;";
