For the purpose of enhancement of the mechanism about provision of some categories of privileges the Government DECIDES:

In item 4 of the Regulations on procedure for provision of some categories of privileges on payment of the VAT according to part provisions (7) article 103 of the Tax Code No. 1163-XIII of April 24, 1997 and to Items and) and b) parts (18) article 4 of the Law No. 1417-XIII of December 17, 1997 on enforcement of the Section III of the Tax code on enforcement of the Section III of the Tax code approved by the Order of the Government No. 124 of February 15, 2013. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 36-40, 170), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

The subitem 4) to exclude 1);

The subitem 6) to state 2) in the following edition:

"6) the average monthly salary added to workers with limited opportunities constitutes at least guaranteed minimum of the salary in the real sector, established by the Government, estimated taking into account full time";

8) figures "80" to replace 3) in the subitem with figures "90";

The subitem 9) to state 4) in the following edition:

"The 9th imported raw materials, materials, components and accessories intend only for own production process established based on the experimental testimony issued by Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Moldova which confirms that as a result of engineering procedure raw materials of foreign and domestic origin are processed into end product therefore received new purpose that is obligatory criterion only for the release provided by part (7) article 103 of the Tax Code".
