About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About militia" concerning conditions of use of force, special means and firearms around conducting anti-terrorist operation
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About militia" (Sheets of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1991, No. 4, Art. 20 with subsequent changes) the following changes:
1. The second offer of part two of Article 12 to add with the words "and also around conducting anti-terrorist operation".
2. To add article 15 after part one with new part of the following content:
"Employees of militia have the right to use firearms around conducting anti-terrorist operation".
With respect thereto the second - the fourth to consider parts respectively parts three - heel.
II. This Law becomes effective from the date of its publication.
