About entering of amendments into the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Moldova No. 225-XV of May 30, 2003

In the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Moldova No. 225-XV of May 30, 2003 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 130-134, 415), with subsequent changes to make the following additions:
1. Add Article 449 with Item e-1) the following content:
"e 1) the law recognized as the Constitutional court unconstitutional was applied and when considering the case the exceptional case of illegality was resolved, and the degree of jurisdiction or the Highest trial chamber rejected the petition for the address with request to the Constitutional court, or results from the resolution of the Constitutional court that it violated the right guaranteed by the Constitution or international treaties in the field of human rights;".
2. Add Article 450 with the Item d-1) of the following content:
"d-1) in case, stipulated in Item e-1) Articles 449, – in three-months time from the date of when the interested person learned about the corresponding circumstances;".
