About introduction of amendments to article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About transfer of objects of the right of the state-owned and utility property"

1. Bring in article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About transfer of objects of the right of the state-owned and utility property" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1998, No. 34, Art. 228; 2000, No. 5, Art. 35; 2001, No. 9, Art. 39; 2013, No. 8, Art. 76, No. 41, Art. 550, No. 42, Art. 586) following changes:

1) in part one:

add paragraph two with words "(except the real estate intended only for placement of preschool educational institutions)";

third to add the paragraph with the words "and the real estate intended only for placement of preschool educational institutions";

2) in part five:

the paragraph one after words of "this Law" to add with the words "and the real estate intended only for placement of preschool educational institutions";

paragraph two after the word of "offers" to add with words and figure "about transfer of the objects specified in paragraph four of part one of article 2 of this Law";

add with the paragraph third the following content:

"To offers on the conveyance of real property, intended only for placement of preschool educational institutions, the documents specified in paragraphs the fourteenth - the sixteenth part four of this Article are attached".
