About modification of article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About the status of veterans of war, guarantees of their social protection"
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Item 19 parts one of article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About the status of veterans of war, guarantees of their social protection" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, No. 45, Art. 425; 1996, No. 1, Art. 1; with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine of May 6, 2014 No. 1233-VII) to state in the following edition:
"19) military personnel (reservists, persons liable for call-up) and employees of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, National guard of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine, Service of foreign intelligence of Ukraine, the State Border Service of Ukraine, face of the private, the commanding structure, military personnel, employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Management of the state protection of Ukraine, Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine formed according to the laws of Ukraine of other military forming which protected independence sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine also were directly involved in anti-terrorist operation, ensuring its carrying out, being directly in areas of anti-terrorist operation, and also employees of the companies, organizations, organizations which were attracted and were directly involved in anti-terrorist operation in areas of its carrying out according to the procedure, established by the legislation.
The procedure for provision of participant status of fighting to persons specified in paragraph one of this Item, category of such persons and terms of their participation (ensuring carrying out) in anti-terrorist operation, and also areas of anti-terrorist operation determines the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
