About introduction of amendments to the laws of Ukraine "About education" and "About mobilization preparation and mobilization" about guarantees for students, graduate students, pedagogical, scientific and pedagogical workers

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About education" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1996, No. 21, Art. 84; 2002, No. 11, Art. 80; 2004, No. 8, Art. 67; 2011, No. 29, Art. 272; 2014, Art. No. 2-3, 41):

Part one of Article 51 to add 1) with paragraphs of the following content:

"Preserving the place of study for the period of passing of military service on mobilization, for the special period;

delay on passing examinations and the state certification in educational institutions for passing of military service on mobilization, for the special period";

Article 53 to add 2) with part five of the following content:

"5. For students, graduate students, undergoing military service on mobilization, for the special period, the additional types of social and material security provided by this Law remain";

Part third of article 57 after  the words "transfer because of these or other circumstances for other work" to add 3) with the words "or passings of military service on mobilization, for the special period";

Part the fifth Article 61 to add 4) with the paragraph the sixth the following content:

"The amount of tuition fee, preparation, retraining, advanced training of personnel or for provision of additional educational services for persons undergoing military service on mobilization for the special period, decreases taking into account the interrupted and paid training term".

2. Article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "About mobilization preparation and mobilization" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2005, No. 16, the Art. 255) to add with new part of the following content:
