In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic "About release of the state post payment signs of the Azerbaijan Republic" of February 14, 1992 No. 85 in part 1, in the third and fourth paragraphs of part 2, in parts 3 and 4 of the word "Ministry of Communications" in the corresponding cases of noun shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies" in the corresponding cases of noun.
2. "About the Azerbaijani state system on prevention of emergency situations and actions in such situations" of April 30, 1992 No. 239 to make the following changes to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic:
