10-1.2. The sanitary conservation zone of especially protected natural territories is established along all perimeter at distance to 3000 meters from the line of borders of land and water (water area) borders of especially protected natural territories.
10-1.3. The sanitary conservation zone of especially protected natural territories is established at distance to 3000 meters from the line of borders of especially protected natural territories adjacent to the sector of the Caspian Sea belonging to the Azerbaijan Republic.
10-1.4. Sanitary conservation zones of especially protected natural territories are established by relevant organ of the executive authority based on representation of relevant organ of the executive authority.
10-1.5. In sanitary conservation zones of especially protected natural territories the regulated mode of economic activity is applied.
