About modification and amendments in the Order of the Government No. 1117 of August 22, 2002.

1. In the Order of the Government No. 1117 of August 22, 2002. "About approval of the Regulations on retail trade by oil products" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, Art. No. 122-123, 1240), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

To "Department of Energy, the Ministry of ecology, construction and development of the territories" shall be replaced with words 1) in item 4 of the Resolution of the word to "The Ministry of Economics, the Ministry of the environment, the Ministry of Regional Development and Construction", and to "Department of standardization and metrology" to exclude words.

2) in Regulations on retail trade by oil products:

in Items 3, of 22, 23 and 33 words "Department of Standardization and Metrology" shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Economics" in the corresponding case;
