About additional measures for regulation of import of meat of cattle and fowl

1. Represent to the Federal Customs Service annually, no later than June 15 and on August 10, to the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation the data on the amounts of meat of cattle and fowl imported into the Russian Federation within the tariff quotas on reporting date taking into account their distribution between the third countries which are available on reporting date.

3. To the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation according to obligations of the Russian Federation within the World Trade Organization:

a) send annually, till June 30, to the state supplier (the union of the states) information on amounts of meat of cattle and fowl concerning which current calendar year licenses to participants of foreign trade activity on their delivery to the Russian Federation within amounts of the tariff quota established for the corresponding year for the relevant state supplier (the union of the states) are granted (further - country quota), and also on the amounts of meat of cattle and fowl which are actually imported for the expired period into the Russian Federation within the tariff quota;
