showing the mutual aspiration to settle the questions connected with activities of Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan to Almaty and Embassies of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Tashkent
agreed as follows:
The government of the Republic of Uzbekistan provides in use of Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Tashkent the building, at the address: st. of Chekhov, 23, with a total area of 1560 sq.m., with the parcel of land - 3137 sq.m. The exact location of the building of Embassy, the parcel of land and their border is designated on the plan scheme (Appendix 1 (is not applied)), being integral part of this agreement.
The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan provides in use of Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Almaty complex of buildings, at the address: Ulitsa Baribayeva 36-38, with a total area of 1570 sq.m., with the parcel of land - 4036 sq.m.
The exact location of the building of Embassy, the parcel of land and their border is designated on the plan scheme (Appendix 2 (is not applied)), being integral part of this agreement.
The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan exempts the Uzbek side from all types of tax and the rent connected with provision of the real estate specified in Article 2 of this agreement.
The Uzbek side is exempted from payment of debts on taxes and the rent for use of the real estate specified in Article 2 of this agreement from January 1, 1994 before date of the conclusion of the lease agreement of this property which is drawn up according to the legislation of the Kazakhstan side based on this agreement.
